We manage no financial assets and never request assets under management: we are the single point of contact for every real estate matter in France, across its legal, fiscal, administrative, physical and financial dimensions.

For financing, we rely on our direct network of banking partners. For day-to-day payments (housekeeper, contractors, works, vehicle, notaire, lawyer), we operate our own payment accounts, connected directly to a trading desk: every payment is logged and traceable.
Our Own Technology
We own our own platform: data rooms, mail management, translation of legal documents, letter drafting. Our in-house lawyers draft and review every document, without depending on an external provider.
