Nature of services. Aurum Family Office provides administrative coordination, oversight and family office services dedicated to real estate located in France, for non-resident owners. Aurum acts as its clients' single point of contact and coordinates, on their behalf, the accredited and regulated professionals that each matter requires: notaires, chartered accountants, tax lawyers, insurance intermediaries and others.

No holding of funds. Aurum Private Office Ltd does not receive, hold or manage client funds, financial instruments, securities or assets of any kind. All payments between a client and third parties are executed directly by the client or through regulated payment institutions.

No regulated advice. Aurum is not a law firm, an accountancy firm or an investment adviser, and does not itself provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
